If you wish to file a small claims action in this court, please contact the court at (775) 752-3726 or by mail for claim and fee information. If you have been served with a small claims action and you do not believe you owe the claim, you must contact this court prior to your appearance date to state you do not owe the claim. A hearing date will be scheduled by the court clerk.
If you have been served with a formal complaint and summons, it is your best interest to contact an attorney.
